Architectural Insights is a highly innovative professional design firm that serves both public and private sectors throughout New England. Though our primary source of work has historically been Western and Central Massachusetts, we have been involved in projects ranging geographically from Hartford, Connecticut in the south to Kennebunk, Maine in the north, and out on Cape Cod.
Founded on the principle of complete client satisfaction, Architectural Insights' driving commitment is to provide hands-on, personal service to its clients throughout the entire process. This philosophy is reflected in our ability to tailor solutions to the specific and unique needs of each project while respecting economic, environmental, and sociological constraints.
Architectural Insights' design process begins by defining the scope of the project, during which it is incumbent upon the designer to listen and effectively assess the client's needs and desires. During the life of a project, we are in constant communication with the client—from the establishment of goals and objectives, to the development and evaluation of design concepts. Once a final concept that effectively and economically meets the design criteria has been approved, construction documents are created for contractor bidding and ultimately construction. Once the project is in the construction phase, Architectural Insights is available to ensure the design intent is realized.
